• Finally click on INSERT and select PARAGRAPH TEXT.

• Now customized the blank field and click on Done.

• Now Click on Form and select View Live Form for preview .

• Now copy the URL of view live form window and shorten it using any link shortener like bit.ly or goo.gl .

• Finally goto About tab of your page and put this link before description and ask your likers to click this link and write their confess messages.

How to see responses of the likers :

• Click on Responses then select Change Response Destination .

• Select New spreadsheet and write any name in the input box then finally click on Create.

• Now you will see a new file of same name in your google Docs which you created in above step, now everytime if anyone will fill your form then you will get read those responses in that file.

• Finally You have successfully created a form for confession page, now your task is to check responses in daily intervals and post others confession mesages in your page .
