Add Safe Mode To Windows XP Boot Menu

Sometimes windows in safe mode helps a lot for solving critical situations of our pc, but for that we have to press extra command for safe mode window. Here is the trick to add safe mode to windows boot menu, with the help of this you can easily and simply select it while starting your computer and start your computer in safe mode without pressing F8.

Note : Below is the tutorial for Windows XP only.




FOLLOW THE STEPS CORRECTLY TO ADD  SAFE MODE OPTION TO WINDOWS BOOT MENU :

1) Firstly right click on MY Computer then click on Properties.

2) Now in the dialog box of System Properties, Click on Advanced Tab.

3) Click Settings Under Startup and Recovery Option.

4) Click on EDIT Button.

5) Now you will see a notepad open named boot.ini.

6) It will look like this ?


7) Now just after /fastdetect /NoExecute=Optln , copy paste below line ?


8) After pasting above line, it will look like this ?


9) Finally Save that file, don't try to SAVE AS else this will not work.

10) Now restart your PC and see the effect, if you are facing any problem after applying this trick, then just revert it back.
